I am running the Ironman 70.3 in Cairns on 6th June and taken on a challenge to Do it for Heart!
Once again I have decided to raise some funds to raise awareness around Heart diseases. For this, I need your help to create change. That’s why I’m fundraising for the Heart Foundation – and I hope you’ll support me in this.
I will look to complete the Ironman in less than 5h0m, so that will be a challenging goal for me!
Expected times for each leg:
- Swim (1.9km) = 35mins
- Bike (90km) = 160mins
- Run (21.1km) = 100mins
- Transitions = 5 mins
