I've
taken on a challenge - Running with HEART this October.
I’m passionate about encouraging men
to take a fitter and healthier approach to life. With history of Heart disease
in my family and Heart disease being Australia’s biggest killer by claiming 48 lives every day I have decided to fundraise for the Heart Foundation.
On
October 2nd I aim to run the Melbourne Marathon, followed by The Ultra Trail -
100km run on October 29th in the Blue Mountains, NSW, totaling 142.2kms.
Raising awareness for men to take charge, make time to get moving and
prioirtise a heart health check is the reason why I am fundraising for the
Heart Foundation. I hope you'll support me on this any way that you can.
Your donation will help the Heart Foundation to transform Australia’s heart health by:
- Funding life-changing heart research
- Supporting health professionals working to prevent, diagnose and
treat heart disease
- Providing heart-healthy programs and resources for everyday
