Into The Woods - The 6th Annual Run for FE

6 Years ago now I hosted my very first Heart Foundation event... to honour my Dad who I lost to a heart attack in 2014. Since then I has been my mission to encourage others to live big, love big and enjoy your surroundings. With every year that has passed, I have changed the location and distance of the event - to encourage people to challenge themselves, to get outdoors and become a #healthconcioushuman.

So please join me again to help raise funds for The Heart Foundation - to help others from loosing their family members to heart disease or related illnesses!

Heart disease remains Australia’s biggest killer, claiming 48 lives every day. Your donation will help the Heart Foundation to transform Australia’s heart health by:

funding life-changing heart research

supporting health professionals working to prevent, diagnose and treat heart disease

providing heart-healthy programs and resources for everyday Australians.
