50 Workouts, 7 Days, 1 Cause

Hi everyone!


This year I’m taking on an epic challenge to raise funds and awareness for the Heart Foundation completing 50 sessions in just 7 days! These will include a mix of Fitstop training, Muay Thai, swimming, Pilates, running and recovery sessions. 


Heart disease is one of the leading causes of death, but the good news is that staying active can make a huge difference. This challenge is my way of showing how important it is to keep moving, stay healthy, and look after our hearts.


It won’t be easy, but every session I complete is dedicated to those fighting heart disease and the amazing work the Heart Foundation does to support research, prevention, and education.
