Benji’s school has signed up for Jump Rope for Heart this year (I noticed they had not done before & asked if they would). Yay they did.
So I’ve committed to Benji to skip every single day with him - starting with 5 minutes a day & see how I go.
Otherwise, I’ve been busy with life, work & organising Frosty’s Day.

Intro
Since 2016, we have hosted an Annual Bowls Day on the first Saturday in September, in memory of the late Robert “Frosty” Frost.
Frosty was a beloved member of our family and his small community, who was unexpected taken too soon due to a heart condition. He loved to fish, a game of bowls, his family, friends and his footy.
Holding this event has allowed us to honour a fantastic man while raising much needed funds for The Heart Foundation.
2024 will be our final event, in special honour of Colleen, Frosty’s niece, one of the original founders of this event who we devastatingly lost in 2023 after months of fighting her own heart condition.
