Pull for the Heart
On May 31st, I’m challenging myself to complete 1000+ pull-ups over 8 Hours between 11am and 7pm not just to test my limits, but to raise $10000 in honour of someone who meant the world to me, my Mum.
She was my biggest supporter, my constant source of strength, and the person who taught me the value of resilience. This challenge is about more than just physical endurance, but giving back. In 2023 Venessa, My Mum passed away suddenly from an undetected heart condition and I feel this is my way of honouring her and giving back.
'Pull for the heart' will be held at 215 Lake road, Port Macquarie at Body Fit Gym and will be and open event for the public to come support the cause and myself.
