Steps for the heart this heart season!

We have taken on this challenge to Do it for Hearts!

Hi all

This heart season we will be doing 15,000 steps a day for the whole month of February, to raise awareness to a cause close to our hearts.


Heart disease remains Australia’s biggest killer, claiming 48 lives every day.


My mum was diagnosed with heart disease after 2 major heartaches. Unfortunately in 2022 at the age of 59, she past away.


One of our main goals in this challenge is to help motivate our supporters and the community to join in and take the steps with us.


We need your help to create change, let's do it for our hearts this February.
