Squat Challenge
3000 squats in April sounds fun. Natasha & I are pictured here at the run for the kids. We think the Heart Foundation does amazing work. Like many people over the last couple of years, I've not been as strict with exercise. Natasha is too busy in April to do this. I don't want to raise much money, only $10 in that I just want 5 people to go without one chocolate bar, a packet of candy, cigarettes, or their weekend beer/wine, and forsake $2. I was blessed as a youngster in that I did countless sports so exercise is ingrained in me to an extent, but I know many people were not as fortunate as me to be given that opportunity, and I think exercise is not only good for the heart, but I find it is superb for your mental health also.
