I’ve taken on a challenge to Do it for Heart!
I am taking the challenge to run every day of May in memory of my dear friend Britta. Now, I understand that this challenge may seem small to those running kings and queens out there. But, as a girlie who hasn't run in about 5 years, this is a doozy.
So why Heart Foundation, someone shouted at the back? Well...
Heart disease remains Australia’s biggest killer, claiming 48 lives every day. Your donation will help the Heart Foundation to transform Australia’s heart health by:
