I’ve taken on a challenge to Do it for Heart!
Heart disease has affected many of my friends and family, which is why it is an important issue to me.
Two years ago my Husband at age 37 had a sudden heart attack, and I am incredibly thankful he survived. Today we have a beautiful daughter Emily and are living a beautiful life thanks to life saving cardiac research and medical personal at John Hunter hospital in Newcastle.
Unfortunately others are not so fortunate :(
Last year we lost my Brother in Law Stephen who suddenly passed away from a heart attack at age 36. Stephen was fit and healthy, and his death was a shock to all.
