Andrew has signed up to attempt the Guinness World Record for the most weight lifted by kettlebell swing in 24 hours (male)! That's right... 24 hours... of kettlebell swings...Â
Heart disease is a topic close to Andrew and his family. Someone close to him has just gone through major heart surgery. By attempting this world record, Andrew is showing outstanding strength and determination for this very worthy cause and I think that's something we should all be supporting.. with cash!!Â
This attempt will require Nivo to do approximately 9,000 kettlebell swings in a 24 hour period. The current record has stood since 2016.
"I am very excited for my chance at toppling the record. I would love this effort to be an example for friends and family about what is possible if you really apply yourself and make the decision to just be a little better every day. Hopefully when my kids are older they can look back at this and be proud of what I achieved." He says while swinging a kettlebell and watching the cricket at home.Â
Andrew and the Niven family have given a lot to our local community over the years. It's now time for us to get behind him and raise awareness and cash for this incredible charity.Â
Let's do this!!!Â
